This year is all about creating, mastering, and flourishing in this one incredible life I’m so grateful to have—and I’m bringing you along for the ride.
Over the next 12 months, we’re embarking on a journey together—a deeper dive into the 12 Inner Strengths that have helped me build mental resilience, foster self-love, and unlock human flourishing.
Each inner strength will take the spotlight during its very own month! In the first newsletter of the month, you will learn what it is, why it matters, and how it contributes to your resilience and flourishing. In the second newsletter, we will get to work – I will share activities and challenges designed to put that inner strength into practice.

Now typically, I work 1:1 with my clients over several months to master these inner strengths, but that does not mean you can not experience growth through my newsletter. Actually, this is how you can get the most out this journey over the next 12 months…
Be intentional and set aside time to engage.
5-10 minutes to read through and reflect on the concepts in the first newsletter | 30 minutes to complete the activities shared in the second newsletter.
Journal through the prompts.
If I provide journaling questions, take the time to write your answers. Trust me, reflection is where the magic happens and if you need to talk to yourself a little to help the process, that’s ok. I do it all the time and it helps me process my thoughts & emotions much quicker.
Don’t do this alone.
Invite a friend, partner, or family member to join you on this 12-month journey. Discuss the inner strengths and what you’re learning together. Complete the exercises as a team—it’s a fantastic way to improve communication, deepen relationships, and grow together.
Encourage others to subscribe to My Inner Fort for free and take this journey with you. The link to share is right here!

Let’s not experience another new year without truly knowing who we are, what we want, and how to express ourselves authentically.
This is the year to change that.
This is the year to dig in, understand yourself, and flourish in ways you never imagined.
With excitement & gratitude,
Daphne
